The exclusivity of our farm, and manufactured with love:
the “Petit Moléson”
The “Little Moléson” is a creamy semi-hard cheese, almost soft according to the age and the maturity of its conservation. Its rustic appearance, its convenient size from a little over a kilogram, makes it very attractive.
It is manufactured at low temperatures, with the milk of the flock of the Great Wood Farm on the pastures of Moléson. It is a raw milk cheese.
It takes between 6 and 8 weeks of cellaring, depending on the temperature and seasons, to be able to consume it. The flavour of this delicious product can be tasted as well as an aperitif or dessert, or as a snack, or just simply with a piece of bread.
Its authentic flavours, made by the diversity of mountain plants, makes this cheese a unique little pleasure for all food lovers ...
